I hate flying,and used to knock back a couple of sleeping tablets (and a few beers)so I would be knocked out on long flights.
I never had any problems but according to a friend who is a nurse,its REALLY bad to take downers on a flight as it highly increases the risk of getting DVT and even death!
So now I just stay awake and endure the discomfort/fear that I experience when flying..

was2006 and I didnt have smart technology then.
