Why do some people witness Ghosts of humans and pets, but not dinosaurs?

Because the experience of being a ghost is temporary.

First of all, its my understanding that animals don't actually become ghosts and if you see a "ghost" animal it is likely due to A. Its immediate passing/transition period B. something other than what it appears to be. I am open to the possibilities I have not sensed.

People become ghosts because people exist in a density that is of Self-Awareness and Choice, which gives them the ability to resist the natural transition process into time/space or "the gateway to remembrance" ie. seeing the light and NOT going to it for whatever reason.

They do, but the evolved form, reptilians, are more commonly seen by people.
