THE Best in the Midwest right along side Of The Mayo Clinic! We originally hail from The Quad Cities, Moline Illinois precisely, and have partaken in the Services of U.of I. Not much. Just waiting to see how he heals. His brother, sister and son are with him for the next couple days. He should get out of icu tomorrow

Sounds like he's making steps in the right direction. Getting out of ICU is a good sign. Keep us posted.

Just in case you missed it in a hurry to post something detracting.

just for background, he keeps a gun loaded because he lives in the country and coyotes come around occasionally. We were planning a family cookout and, knowing him, he was going to put it away so everyone else would be safe. Kind of ironic.

You really can't seem to take to human generosity and kindness. it makes me sad really.

Apologies.

I thought the op meant "a gun he was carrying" as in he was packing heat.

Not "a gun he was carrying" as in we was carrying it over there to put it away.
