Hello! I am currently on the ATS mobile, so I believe certain parts of the display is disabled for me. I was wondering who was currently in charge of the research forum?

I am currently conducting a research project on State sponsored malware, and have found two people that I'd love to have working on this! One of them is a programmer, and the other a tech specialist. I think they'd truly assets to the project, and it would benefit the project greatly!

Who would I have to talk to about getting two people permission to post on my topic here in the research forum?

Thanks for your help guys and gals!

JB

Hi. It seems currently to be "Rising Against", who is wonderfully helpful, if you can track him down. He's not on as much as he used to be, I think.

If you can't, my "go-to" for trouble shooting has always been Springer. He, of course can go anywhere and do anything here, and he always responds to PM's, and he's here usually on a daily basis.

Get your colleagues to join ATS, so they can participate, and I'm sure Springer or Rising Against will authorize them to contribute to the thread.

Good Luck! The topic sounds like a good one.
(You will need to send him a thumb-nail on what your project will entail).

eta: Change "sounds like a good topic" to Sounds like an Awesome Topic! Looking forward to reading it..........

Thank you very much for the help
They're both actually members here already, for quite a bit!

I'm definitely looking forward to this project and the potential implications it holds for us ATSers.

Thanks again LIW!

I noticed your signature (finally) and see you are already underway. Took a look, and it's way techy for the likes of me, who is rather technically challenged, but I will keep up with it. I'm sure I will be able to absorb something, surely, that won't be too far over my head. Maybe.

S&F! The research forum can be a lonely place.

If your other posts are any indication, you'll be running this project!

I too hope to learn a lot from this project

And so true! Quite less lonely knowing someone else cruises this area regularly! Look forward to working with you in the future

Thanks again LIW!

I have a message out to Springer

I remember trying RA a few days ago, but I'm sure he (she) has important business going on!

I had not seen this thread posted until today.

Sorry for the long delay.

I am very busy running my own business these days, since returning home to civilian life from Active Duty service in the Army.

Very little time is available for me to spend on ATS, vastly different of my early days.

How ever a few staff have picked up some of my slack on occasion.
Which is greatly appreciated.

The Research Forum had stalled out in previous years, and attempts of mine to reinvigorate it had not been as effective as intended. That was when energy and time spent on working research was redirected from ATS and spent towards office activity/ies.

Do not be dismayed, the Research Dept of ATS is still very much a passion of mine.
Delegation of projects rests on the shoulders of those whose interests are drawn to subjects that matter to them.

All SCHOLARS are subject matter experts already or well on their way to being such.

As far as the Forum goes, its activities and participating members, senior staff and other mods are usually always available generally for inquiries.

Please feel free to U2U me for any further questions and or comments if needed.

Despite my overload irl, my interest in our community here at ATS has not lessened, just my time available.

Hello! I have been cheerleading in the Research Forum for almost a year.

Wake up, Research Forum! Wake up, sleepy Scholars!
www.abovetopsecret.com...

I even used the classic marketing strategy by putting up pictures of pretty girls.... thinking to myself... that Howard Hughes, an expert in promoting his product lines, would green light this strategy with a subtle nod. I thought that ATS Research Forum would be inundated with high quality, original research threads from ATS members who were also willing to give away their content for free, in exchange for all the free uploaded image space.

Well, as we all know, the total activity in Research Forum is glacially slow; Research Forum threads must compete with the daily scroll of ATS headlines; finally, the Research Forum is struggling to justify it's own existence as a Forum on ATS.

The History Forum proposal www.abovetopsecret.com... has received 4 pages of enthusiastic support.

Maybe we should appeal to the site owners to see how they feel about bringing a History & a Research together in order to facilitate more productive content, original content and a "safe place" for people to ask questions about history without the fear of being bullied by defenders of the official narratives.
