You described them quite well.. First I've heard of them.

I almost got into it on that first song, but I kind of hung out with too many hippies and mountain people in boone, NC so I'm a little sick of that whole thing.. I've been very sober lately. not on purpose, but oh well, haha..

I did listen to the first 2 videos all the way through though.

They are fantastic! And, you're right, they are way better live.

It's been a long time but, I've seen them live at several different music festivals.

If you are in to bluegrass, check out Keller Williams.

Pretty good stuff.

I've seen Keller Williams live a bunch of times. I also have several collaborations between Keller and SCI on my ipod that I like to listen to. He is a good songwriter, and as well his songs are at times pretty funny. Keller is also a BIG Grateful Dead fan so it's always nice to hear him cover them.


ETA: As for Bluegrass, I've gone to Delfest the last three years in a row (and will be back this year).

I saw them this past Hulaween down in Florida at Swannee. Will probably try to see them at Lockin next year (they will be playing with the Doobie Brothers!)
