There's another, smaller, paranormal/conspiracy related forum I usually visit instead of this one. Someone there found this though and I thought it was hilarious and weird enough to share... Forgive me if this is the wrong forum for this; I don't know where Titor stuff usually goes.

For those who do not know who John Titor is Read The story of John Titor

Politics+religion=cult.
The more followers John Titor (or any other figure) acquires, the more dangerous they become.
Until people learn to do their own thinking and research, more and more cults will evolve. History has proven many, many times how dangerous it is to be a 'follower'.

If you read of the posts of some Titorites in other forums you'll see how fanatical they can get. There are even infighting between some believers over the interpretations of Titor's ideas.

Why does this scenario sound so familiar?

On a positive note, I left a message on their hotline wherein I read the lyrics to ABBA's "Dancing Queen" in the most depressing, monotone and morose voice I could muster. It cut me off after a short bit.
