In honor of winning their record setting 6th Raytheon Trophy last year, the 67th Fighter Squadron from Kadena Air Base, in the new time honored tradition of fighter pilots everywhere, took their GoPro cameras to the skies with them.

The video includes ACT over Okinawa, low level flying in Alaska (and by low, I mean "LOOK OUT! A MOOSE!" altitudes), as well as the Middle East. The low level in the ME isn't bad, but the Alaska low level is dramamine worthy.

Great Vid Zaph....Looks easy. Reminds me of when i used to play IL2 Sturmovik only when i pulled a vertical it used to say Stall at which point i pressed ctrl and E and i was out of there to float down into some foreign field at which point i would imagine i was being chased by hoards of nasty SS with nothing but my wits and a side arm for protection.....then i would just respawn..

Here are two more for you.

They might want to check out #1 on the second aircraft. That's a lot of smoke to be blowing while idling.

Man, I'd hate to get hit by one of those SU-24 flares.

Here's some more low passes to add:

That last one was just stupid.

You missed the two best low passes ever though.

Best take off video ever.

Any lower and it would have been a head cut! I like how the camera person saw him coming and looked like he got down on his knees.

Spectacular tribute to the C17, worthy of any aviation enthusiast's big screen:

That was pretty. I would have so wrecked if I had been on that road along the coast and they went overhead.

A good friend of the family was program manager when the C-17 was being introduced. We went through Edwards and spent the day with him going around the base. I actually got to go on one of the first ones ever built.

One of my favorite aviation memories is seeing the C17 short takeoff and landing displays at McChord AFB. Cool to see a jet that big go backward after seemingly stop on a dime.

Another good one for your big screen:

I thought it neat to see just how quickly those big C130 can maneuver.

Zaph, is that a training SAM that went off at the snow covered airfield (1:38 mark)?
