Ok .. first off, THINK about what some of us members are saying and use some common sense, as in, THINK about what they are SAYING, before you open your mouth!!!! Just because some Joe (insert appropriate swear word starting with an f) Shmoe that lives on some ranch with a long mustash (and I’m not talking about Bundy!!!) says.. “you know what’s really happening …yep..they’re out to take your land away and yep.. we’ll all be a living in cardboard boxes..so lets ARM UP folks .. !!!”

OR even better yet~!! How about the ‘military man’ correspondent that ‘assessed’ the situation and found sniper platforms located around the area…and OMG .. NO ONE CAN GO IN there except for government officials, there’s martial law here .. there’s martial law going on down here OMG >. !!!!

I spent 9 years of my life in the military specifically the Oregon Army National Guard with an honorable discharge with the rank of E6 and engaged in talks of going to OCS to become an officer; I quickly became promoted and hard stripped as a Corporal E4 within 2.5 years of being in, I started out as a E1, I was NOT and Specialist, they wanted me to be a Corporal, and if they even have such a rank any more from which if I remember correctly Corporal was taken away. I became section chief of the MOS of 13B Field Artillery and did it for the rest of my time there. I went to NCO school and graduated in the top 3% of the class and didn’t win the best of the group on a technicality.

Did I see war? No. However, I was raised by a uncle who saw 3 wars and 12 invasions and will spare you some war stories and I will never tell my children or grandchildren. I don’t even consider myself ‘Military’ even to this very day and there are WAY more experienced soldiers out there and I ever was!!! Marines, Seal and Rangers are the best of the best, (to which I can only envy) National Guard…not so much, only because we were to only act as temporary rear guard until a main force was to arrive. It was, and probably still is an on-going joke those that have been in know what I mean.

however I was In formation, LISTEN TO WHAT I’m SAYING…standing IN formation in 1987 . !! UNLESS he was SURE TO WIN A WAR he could NOT LOSE~! You NEVER send half trained troops to the front lines, FULL OR NOTHING ELSE, other wise you are bringing knives to a gun fight!

National Guard at that time, were training 2 weeks out of the YEAR in the field…RA was training 9 MONTHS out of the year………9.. months NOT 2 weeks!

I got out in 1988….my re-enlistment was up and saw the writing on the wall, nearly engraved with God’s own finger of sorts.

Why did I say all of that ..? !!! to lay down a foundation of what I’m about to tell you, some of you should and do know this, even some of the arm-chair warriors of FPS games knows this..

SNIPERS always have been and always will be HIDDEN if they are truly Snipers (someone who fires a shoulder weapon from a extremely long distance with a specialized weapon, using a scope because the target is so difficult to see without one from that distance. you can’t see the tick on the tree from 500yars .. but with a scope you can ..got it? Good )

So, to have someone SAY .. “YEP..I saw Snipers set up ALL around the area..” is BULLS**** there is NO way he would have seen them because they should be hidden, and in THAT FLAT AREA?? Where are they going to get the elevation to see ?? if they’re laying on the ground, how are they even going to see what they’re firing at?!! THINK ABOUT THAT!!

If he did see something, it was because THEY wanted him to see it and know it, as in, ‘yep..got his picture’.. ’Click’ goes the shutter.

His statements about Martial Law being enacted there was completely laughable since he of ALL people should know what REAL Martial Law should looks like. Sorry, I didn’t see any troops on the streets up here In OREGON.. what I DID see was a road block and some people that looked like forest ranger guys and a bunch of people in plain clothing.

I say this in hopes to bring some intelligence and common sense to the common people in hope we CAN avoid bloodshed and knee-jerk reactions. THAT”S why we carry is to AVOID Bloodshed .. NOT CREATE IT !!!

2. Use some intel and assess the situation before you go running about, meaning, THINK about what your looking at and ONLY REPORT WHAT YOU SEE .. !!!! DID ANYONE ELSE see a sniper…are the forest rangers…NOT THE Army ..have high powered weapons on them ?? Did ANYONE ESE see this ..If YES>.. they mean business, but you DO not have to brandish yours and you should GTFO!!!

If they do NOT have high powered weapons that you can physically see .. then by all means STAY and use your civil rights as a blood bought American!!!!

3. the US government is playing it’s citizen’s LIKE A FIDDLE, for something bigger and I’m not sure what that is, but, it’s NOT good! I’m FOR Government, I and FOR the Constitution, bill of Rights AND the declaring of INDEPENDENCE…I AM NOT FOR WAR, PERIOD! It is the cruelest of the cruelest masters of human degradation there has been ever will be. However, every human has a right to protect themselves from Tyranny

I have this to say:

Don't buy into the hyperbole you see on any internet conspiracy forums either. Yes, the media has an agenda. That's a given. Though, you should know that internet communities have a self perpetuating agenda that compounds in your mind, words, actions, and eventually character. You'll become suspicious of scientific fact, life experiences, and general common knowledge due to your ever engaging paranoid internet echo chamber. Always take a minute, an hour, a day, week, month, or year and step away from the circle jerk. It's good to be a conspiracy theorists, it's not good to be a sheep. Yes, you can be a sheep who is a conspiracy theorist...a sleepwalker if you will. They're even more dangerous than the sleepers.

Anywho, think for yourselves and think about the next time you question the MSM, your own life experiences, and your emotions. Don't be so quick to jump on the bandwagon and say "OMG THE MSM" or "OMG THE GUBBMIT" or "OMG DEM SHEEPFOLK", because you never know...you could be in a deeper slumber than them all.

If you are trying to call these events a set up then yes I can see in some ways that it is, but it's also real. I think plans could be moved along much faster if violence breaks out that must be stopped by force, because then the line is pushed and where it stops is up to the winner of the game of force. They would like this, but it's a gamble. Maybe the people win and we have to start over with a new country.

I think you are too paranoid or something but its hard to tell by your post. Maybe one less shot of whiskey next time.

All in all I am positive about the future because I see so many delayed fuses burning from the day we all started communicating better and faster via the internet. The time scale in which a centralized power has to act is getting short, as the new wave of self governance and self knowledge is expanding. There comes a time when it's too late for bad intentions to not be exposed and avoided.

Be weary of conspiracy theories as some are merely ways of making you feel weak. At the same time life is real and you have to have trust that most everybody on earth wants to live and enjoy life. I think we make it over the hurdle and life from then forward will be very much more free, but if we are even a little short things get bad with either mass death or mass control or both. You are starting to see the edges of the line. The red lines of individuals on how they feel about a power over them are being drawn. It's an odd game when the teams are central power and individual power... When all those with central power would also be individuals. I find it STRANGE that those trying to project power don't get that those fighting for individual freedom are also fighting for them. The only way to have freedom in the future is to make other people free. Simple. but one caveat.. Then the future is not predictable. Sad day, to the fearful, but the brave relish in unpredictability..

I also have to say that I remember in basic training at FT Benning that a lot of the training areas were endangered species protection zones. I got the feeling rather quick that they first claimed the land for the woodpecker or whatever it was to pretend to have morals, but really it was just a land grab. I don't think woodpeckers like 50 cals and CS gas wafting up...
So to me I don't believe the government at all and as such they are misusing a federal agency. This is malpractice, this is unlawful. If we are to be governed (controlled) it has to be in honesty. Lying will get you killed.




If I misunderstood your OP then so be it. I tried to grasp it.

I've always thought "War for your mind" was a bit of an exaggeration, because our minds are not a valuable resource. A minimal fraction of our population proves itself an asset to the upper tier intellect which influences the vector of our global progress as a species. The rest of us are here to push buttons and pull weeds. At least 80% of the participants in this website are so negligible as to be a gnat buzzing around imperceptibly. Myself included.

Comparing my light military experience with the YT video of the ‘assessment’ from a supposedly a former military soldier, wasn’t a good assessment at all and really pissed me off due to the fact that as soon as he said he saw a sniper and it was martial law down there was nothing but flatulence and rhetoric and in my opinion to tell US citizens Martial law was being declared from a ‘former mil personnel’ further pissed me off; he was lying.

Saying crap like this is dragging US well meaning citizens into something other than diplomatic solutions and what I got after watching the video was…that’s exactly what ‘they’ might have been wanting to see is another Waco or worse. Some thoughts so as well. Thank God the militia & citizens had intelligence and patience to see though some of this crap they like to think they’re feeding us. What if the militia did NOT use restraint, and made the call to arms?! What would happen, the blame would be squarely placed on the shoulders of the citizens.

People that say they are former military in one breath and then make a HUGE statements that are so far from the oath we have taken …is QUITE damming to their character and quite frankly in my book are not and nor have ever been a solider in the US military, no matter WHAT they say no matter what venue they say it in!

This statement is exactly what I’m talking about...what SHOULD have been done LONG before the feed went live! Fox & Friends are doing NOTHING but attempting to spoon feed Americans on rhetoric NOT the truth..

From my understanding, there is no confirmation of communication systems being disrupted in the area. We had a report by a small time news network which couldn't even be bothered to properly follow up the story...

I say we need more evidence to sufficiently conclude that the communications systems are down, and what caused their fault.
