Governments around the world, and their epic double standards of denying the people of the world 'dangerous' weapons.

Then turns around, and starts wars, and invade countries like Ukraine.

You can bet your bottoms that 3d printers will be regulated.

Case in point with the gun control laws we already have.

For instance the AR-15 lower, and nothing else counts as a 'weapon'.

Second amendment ?

The gun control 'argument' encompasses a great many other amendments in the BILL OF RIGHTS.

Amendment II A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.


That doesn't mean 'right to regulate' to say what they can look like that has nothing to do with the way a weapon functions.

Too how many rounds it can fire, or have to wait 6 months or longer to 'buy' an accessory that is more or less a 'muffler'.

To how many rounds it can fire at the pull of a trigger or how many rounds a 'clip' can hold.



Amendment IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.


Guns are peoples effects, but since the 1934 'gun control act' and the following 'laws' of the past 70 years,

No gun owner feels secure in their possessions.



Amendment V No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.


Never had my day in court.

Neither has any other gun owner. but we sure are being made held accountable for actions we have never done.

Which is why we have to ask for governments permission to buy them, and if we have lived a 'perfect little' life then we might get to buy one.



Amendment VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.


Again not a single gun owner has ever had their day in court.

The only court any gun owner has ever received was in the kangaroo courts of public opinion.

That gets translated in to US law.



Amendment VII In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.


Guns today cost a hell of a lot more than 20 bucks,

So does the taxes, and license's to 'own' them.




Amendment IX The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.


Those constitutional amendments are crystal clear, and no power the government has can be used to construe or DENY or DISPARAGE the rights of owning firearms in this country.





Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.


Which means the people, and since the majority have never committed any crimes what so ever doesn't seem to matter to some people.

So i guess the mark of true intelligence about people seeing the other side of the 'argument' is true.

Since not a single gun control advocate will ever utter the words that gun control laws VIOLATE Americans civil liberties.

A big to do was made out of someone saying gun control laws are anti American.

Yeah well they are.

They are anti American because they are FASCIST.

They are a bold declaration that the state is the master of the people instead of it's servant.

For the record all rights we Americans have come from the CREATOR,

Not government.

And any intelligent person would not support superfluous laws since we already have laws that 'forbid' the harming or murder of another person.

The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind
The kind that blindsides you at 4 p.m. on some idle Tuesday
Do one thing every day that scares you

Don't be reckless with other people's hearts
Don't put up with people who are reckless with yours

Floss

Don't waste your time on jealousy
Sometimes you're ahead, sometimes you're behind
The race is long and in the end, it's only with yourself

Stretch

Don't feel guilty if you don't know what you want to do with your life.
