There seem to be 3 casualties so far in Mariupol:

Reuters: #Ukraine's interior minister says in Facebook post that three pro-#Russia separatists have been killed at Mariupol near Azov sea

later edit: More info on Mariupol:

#Ukraine's interior minister says that Ukrainian forces killed 3 pro-Kremlin militants, injured 13, and captured 63 (overnight) in #Mariupol

Lmao!! All of you in here bickering, you warmongers wanting Russia ro invade so bad so you can get your way. Give it a rest. Look at the news today Msn.com your own beloved western approved media front page news earlier today about how unlikely it is Russia will do anything in Ukraine. After weeks of threatening the public with the impending Russian invasion suddenly they are hinting there is none?

Oh I also love how western media changed the story of the Ukrainian defectors completely. Seriously, no explanation but 'Russian sabateours' captured 11 Ukrainian ranks and flew the Russian flag from them. Lmao. Yes I am sure the Ukrainian Army holed up in the tanks just said 'alright yea no you take my tank go ahead' without a fight lmao. Give it a rest.... Russia will do nothing and by doing so will eventually win the respect of the Ukrainian people naturally based on the facts of their own newly appointed false government.

I might be wrong but seems to me that these poor guys, the real army not national guard/right sector, had no idea about the situation they would face.
They were probably told stories about imaginary terrorists they are going to fight and then reality check. There is no terrorists, only unhappy people who do not recognize self-imposed government and want changes.

Yeah i have to agree Russians created alot of unhappy people in Ukraine. Especially in Crimea they arent paying out benefits the whole area is going broke. And if that isnt bad enough Russia doesnt even have the money to give them what they promised. In the eastern portion they send in there troops to scare the poor people into thinkink Kiev is going to come in there and kill them in there sleep for being Russian. And to make matters worse hes sending civilians in situations were they can be seriously hurt or even killed. Im sure Russians will pay death benefits though right?

U.S. Mission to OSCE @usosce UPDATE: Today 10:00 CET, emergency #OSCE meet re #Russia troop buildup near #Ukraine after Canada & Estonia invoke Chap. 3 of Vienna Doc.

I believe they are referring to the Vienna Document of 2011 that builds on previous agreements: the 1975 Helsinki Final Act, the Document of the Stockholm Conference of 1986, the 1992 Helsinki Document, and the Vienna Documents of 1990, 1992, 1994, and 1999.

Chapter 3: Risk Reduction: mechanism for consultation and cooperation, through notifications and meetings, regarding unusual military activities.

A little comment/clarification on Mariupol, I can't seem to find in the previous pages:

The base attacked was not a actual military base, but a military base of the National Guard, under the Ministry of the Interior.
The assault was repelled with the help of the Omega special operations unit of the Ukrainian MIA.

It may not have much importance, but this continues on the lines already established in other cities in E. Ukraine, attacking and taking over buildings belonging to the Ukrainian MIA, possibly in order to take control over the weapon caches stored there.

We might see a bit more firework in Mariupol. Yes it is not regular army base but rather National Guard volunteers from Kiev and western parts of the country. They are the one who really want to see bloodbath they are formed by self proclaimed government
mostly from members of right wing parties.

Your funny i hope you you get paid extra rubles from Putin for jokes if not give me your handlers e mail address ill be happy to let him know what a good job your doing. See bottom line is Russia was caught faking a civil war so whats next because i dont think you truly believe the rest of the worlds going to just ignore this everything in life has consequences. Unfortunately a year from now Poor russians and i mean that literally will be paying for this well Putin has his billions stashed away for retirement. The UN will never recognize Crimea as anything but Ukrainian occupied territory now that the UN report came out about voter fraus and of course the human rights violations.Shame Russia used to be such a nice country people were starting to make money and it was pulling its self out of the mess. Well at least alot of Russians have already dumped the Ruble for other currency so at least some Russians will be ok. Im betting if it gets to bad ill have my Russian relatives knocking at mmy door asking to crash.

So anyway what do you think of the UN meeting today especially the fact where they said areas being controlled by Russia namely the east and Crimea has had a sharp rise in human right violations is this the norm in russia????

I have to disagree on this one. A friend´s parents who live in Crimea, receive 25% more pension since Crimea is under Russian control. And it is planned to raise pensions even more within the next weeks. The people there are happy! They stand in long lines to get their russian passports!

Where do you have your information from? How many Crimeans/Ukrainians do you know and have you spoken to personally?

Like the other Russia hater in this thread, do you even care what the Ukrainians themselves want?? Ask the Ukrainians!! You might be surprised... Of course you will get different answers in the west and in the east, but doesn´t the people´s opinion in the east count as much as the people´s opinion in the western parts of Ukraine??

It might come as a surprise to you but my city is probably further from Russia than your place.
How can I take you seriously when you talk about billions stashed by Putin for his retirements?
I mean seriously? Who needs billions for retirement?
In regards to UN session, I did not watch it to be honest. I have lost interest in UN BS long time ago. It is not anymore what it use to be. Too much intimidation and bullying, it is nothing but US doormat apart from few bigger countries who are not intimidated.
And lets face it since when US care about international law?
If is of any use for white house sure. But when ready to bomb some country they could not care less about UN approval.
'no fly zone' resolution over Lybia completely turned into destruction of the country and nothing to do with 'no fly zone'.
If no fly zone mean bombing souvereign country than UN is well overdue for either re haul or for dismantle.
Please do not tell me that half of those small countries in there are not bullied by US to vote to their liking?
We can turn blind eye but both of us know it is true.
So that is what I said before. Who cares about corrupted bureaucrats from UN, events and people in the field is what shape the country.

Now, is it fair for you to complain about going off topic, yet you discuss the US an the UN when this is about Ukraine?

Just saying...
