Did a wonder with L4/L5 bone to bone with my wimpy wife ! LOL !!

Walked away from severe pain meds and a sometimes required wheel chair.

Critique mode, seems unscathed.

Just popped on to say hello as I have just arrived home after my first visit with my new Osteopath mate...

Going to bed now as he has really worked on the whole of my body and am completely shagged out... He found the cause of my pain... another slipped disk...

Probably will have my crutches out tomorrow morning!

Right... off to bed I go...

Still pretty shagged out today after 2 days mate...

It is amazing how somthing so "soft" when it comes to Osteopathy, can really take it out of you...

I feel bad about this one though as tomorrow I have an 8 hour drive and the Osteo told me not to drive for at least 3 weeks.

Have no choice though... a customer is a customer...

Hope your all doing great! I still have no wifi here because my house is new i have to get a phone line etc ibstalled the closest tey can send someone is Dec 30!!! So ill have to sort something for the mean time!

I put my Christmas tree up the other day, bit late lol usually mine is up sooner but its made me really look forward to Christmas i have ALOT of food to make for everyone!

Thanks Cody! Yes all done my shopping and wrapping and the tree is up. Just need a few candy items to add to bags and I'm all set.

Does Mrs. C like jewelry? Hard to go wrong with that. Perhaps a gift card to her favorite store? Maybe a gift card to a fancy restaurant and gift card for movies at your favorite theatre.

Glad to hear it Night

Did the jewellery last year, a beautiful Celtic set, she ironically got me tickets to a show I've missed out on The war of the worlds stage show, I know because I had to make sure I'm not working this Saturday, I'm really looking forward to it.

I have one idea, something that she fell in love with, but I can't afford it, I can't write it here as she is also a member and might see it. I may just have to bite the bullet, God knows she deserves it.
