Not with all the earthquakes China has. I'd feel too trapped to stay there even if nothing happened.

I like the idea. I am pretty sure they wouldn't have much trouble during regular season rain or thunderstorms. I would be more wary over a tsunami possibly affecting the area. Or worse... a tornado.
