If this is true what do we have, energy and the void. I don't think it is possible to put a limit or to accurately define the void. So then the only question might be can energy ever stand still or is it by its very nature in a continuous state of motion? - And if that be the case then everything in existence is always in motion, and this would include the universe which is existent in an undefinable void.
Energy must hit a resistance in order to cause a manifestation. Otherwise it just goes around in circles. The principle of Form is what harnesses the Force. This is explained in many esoteric teachings.

We know that the universe is composed of many moving objects such as stars, planets, galaxies, black holes, etc. that continually appear to be in motion. But is the universe itself also moving or is it some sort of frozen and immovable thing? Is the universe itself in a fixed and immovable place?

I often hear you say that existstance is only now. But existance can only be moving forward.

The universe is the totality of existence.
Existence is made of two aspects - movement and rest.

Interesting viewpoint. But a critic might be skeptical and say:
The universe [not understood as to what the universe is] is the totality [what is totality?] of existence [how can you be sure existence exists?]. Existence [again unprovable] is made [how do you know it is made?] of two aspects [maybe it is made of an infinite number of aspects] - movement [depends on how you define what movement is] and rest [exactly what, if anything, is ever at rest?].
And others might say the universe is only a convenient figure of the imagination and that only the imagination exists.
After all how could you have a real world without an imagination to distinguish it from fantasy?
