I thought this would be of some interest to y'all.
"President Bush has announced his plan to select Dr. W. David Hager to head up the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Reproductive Health Drugs
Advisory Committee. The committee has not met for more than two years, during which time its charter lapsed. As a result, the Bush Administration is
tasked with filling all eleven positions with new members. This position does not require Congressional approval."

Isn't is odd how they accidentally let their charter lapse... oh well... Bush will reappoint the committee, no worries.
I have to pose this question to the ATS members, do you think that this will be an area where Bush will push the abortion issue?
PS- to mods thought this worked in political but if you wanna move me to medical issues go right ahead.
