Further research shows that there's more than one way to try and access this little game. Reports of people telnetting into their web servers via the tor network reveals and interactive shell, which will output data if the proper commands are sent to it. I'll try to find out more.

Anything more found out, why have i never heard of this?

I'm still working on it, it's been tough to find time outside of work to really get after this. For starters, get yourself setup with the Tor network so you can view sites on it. From there, I've read this is one of the first webpages that you get pointed to once you're one the Tor network:
