Hey....maybe it will lead up to Bush and Cheney resigning......they all decided they didn't want to clean up their mess???

Really, I'm waiting for them all to board a plan and head out of the country or something.....with 99% or our treasury with them...

Apparently his doc has told him to leave or have another H.A. from the stress. That's the rumor going around D.C. which I get from my family who works at the bureau of engraving and the pentagon.

Cheney can't go. He is one of the key players in all of this. He is needed more than most people in the Administration including Bush. In fact, I think Cheney is running the show. Bush is just a puppet out in the open. But I would like to see Cheney go but I doubt that will happen.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

But things could always change.

If Ridge is indeed stepping down that is a bad sign... Of all people he would have been the last I would have suspected to jump ship.

These are interesting times, If nothing else.

My understanding was that Mr. Ridge had already stated that he was going to step-down almost a month ago, correct?
I also understand that he is doing so to make more money in the 'private sector'.

Well if Ridge leaves will he be taking his colorful acid trip of a terror alert with him?

That colored terror alert has got to be the most retarded thing our goverment ever allowed to be put before the public. Second to Bush of course.

The rationale for invasion of Iraq was in the retarded category. Trouble is, many people seem to want to accept it even after they know the intelligence used about WMDs was fraudulent and fabricated.

Colin Powell did a magnificent job pinpointing exactly where the stockpiles of readily deployable imminently dangerous (to the USA) weapons of mass destruction were in the first quarter of 2003. He knowingly lied. Hey, he's resigned too!

I thing everybody is leaving before the elections in Iraq

Maybe they know something we don't.

And by the way the president can't not leave, I mean Cheney.

I think Cheney's hart problems is the pressure the big corporations are puting on him for Iraq not been under control yet, with all the money that was given for campaing, they want their pay back.

I'm glad Ridge is going. I hated him from the start. One of the most offensive statement I ever heard came from him. He said:

"Civil liberties are the most precious gift we give our citizens."

Yeah, right.
I don't think so Mr. Ridge. You don't give nothing to me. We give them to you.

It amuses me that everybody who resigns says it has nothing to do with their job but something personal instead.

Our civil liberties are God-given. Who died and made Ridge God anyway?

BTW I'm a conservative...but not a Republican.

The Ridge Resignation was retracted earlier today. I guess they didn't want it to seem like they're all jumping at the same time. He's been hinting at it for months though.

Could Cheney's heart issues coming at the heels of Arnold's 'mek mee Pressitent' drive carry any hidden meaning?

As far as I know, it's illegal to run for President as a naturalized citizen...but it's not illegal to become VICE president....
