I'd be curious to see who bought stock in the insurance companies prior to the passing of the ACA.


I doubt if there's any shenanigans with regards to setting up an intentionally flawed website. Remember, it's the government. They screw everything up so, if they wanted to intentionallys screw up the website, they'd most likely have accidentally put one up that works perfectly.
