Oh not at all! Of course he did on the record - several pilots have also seen things they didn't report or talk about until retirement for fear of losing their jobs.

For the record - I don't believe any physical objects observed in our time space are "alien". Solid matter cannot travel fast enough to reach here outside of our solar system. Inter-dimensional anomalies that are there one second and gone the next - now those are interesting!
