It seems once a template for terrorism has been worked out , it is then implemented where the event can produce desired outcomes , such as distraction , threat , population manipulation ( 911 ) and laying the grounds for insurgence by Islamic jihadists.

Another thing that is increasingly peculiar is that in most of these Mall shootings , there are trained agents present , to come to the rescue, either military on leave or security guards or policemen.

Also notice in the above story how the shooter we placed on a balcony just like the Naval yard shooting episode.

Aaron went to a school on UAV programming. And after what happened on that Navy yard. People were called in to go over UAV and Tomahawk command programming for bugs. And then they say Iran hacked them? So what really happened? And if you want to hack a UAV you must kill the ELF programming and reinstall a new program too control them.

Ok, ready for the connection....

I mentioned Bolling AFB which initially reported an incident. It is the home to the DIA, OSI and DIAC. In 2005, the installation management functions were transferred to none other than the...Washington Navy Yard. So, there is a direct connection between the two and I will guarantee there was more than one shooter.

There were shots fired reports from Bolling. They were on EMS traffic, reported by major news and then never heard of again. Of course it is easy to say it 'was a mistake' but there is not much mistaking gunshots especially during another situation...or was it to try to split resources?

Was the Navy Shipyard a diversion to do something else or were there specific people targeted. Bolling employs military, civilians and contractors.

What I found odd was this. Where was the reaction force at the Navy Yard?

The northern portion of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling is across the Anacostia River from the Navy Yard.
