Not their job.
They are telling their EMPLOYEES to wait due to a workplace benefit that isn't 100% in place yet.
It is up to other employers to look out for their employees in the same way.
Maybe you are just jealous that they have a better employer than you do?
Except they also have a duty to their constituents. So the point, same as it has always been, is why are they following through on their duty to help
their employees and not their constituents. Their first duty is to their constituents, no one else.
Oh and I have no jealousy at all. I have the state health care plan, and am quite happy with how little I pay. Thanks for trying though!
