A new reflection seen.Reflection is just a sarcasm word but there are many evidences.. why don't NASA stop mirroring?

If you look at this image



You can see the camera positioned behind the astronaut looking over his shoulder out of the observation hatch above him.



I could be wrong but what I think what you're seeing in the image is a reflection of the astronauts's visor in the window - look at the black outline in at the bottom of the object outlined in the OP and it looks like a reflection of an object with the same shape at the bottom of the astronaut's visor.

Here's a cropped version of the image with the levels altered to bring out hidden detail - you can see a vague outline of the rest of the visor:
