Tornados are next to unheard of in Japan.
This is quite odd.

the-japan-news.com...

Tornadoes are rare in Japan. I'm afraid this is weather changes due to temp and humidity changes due to fukushima.
There will be more where this came from

I'm not sure. It could be fukushima.

Maybe they said it was shut down.i doubt it. It's been said the Chinese used it to create the original EQ.

All part of the new weather patterns created by humans rapeing mother earth.

But, no one really cares anymore, thats untill they lose everything in a freak storm...

And in here people are blaming H.A.A.R.P, Fukushima and other stupid things, not to feel guilty of the world you are part of destroying

Could they be using HAARP to steer the radiation cloud

Edit: "Generating whistler-mode VLF signals that enter the magnetosphere and propagate to the other hemisphere, interacting with Van Allen radiation belt particles along the way" Yep I was right and they can control the radiation particles.

Fukushima Daiichi or HAARP have nothing to do with this small Tornado's.

Fukushima do not affect the Climate in Japan!

Maybe these Tornados are a Godsend and will clear up all the Radiation!

Actually, maybe Vacuuming it all up and sending it out towards the Sun wouldn't be a bad idea.

Than please try to explain how Daiichi or HAARP is able to create Tornados above Chiba
and why do they do this!

I am always interested in smart Explanations

Please let us know

The harsh heat and humidity coming from the fukushima region can easily cause changes that cause tornados. The photos of the plant show as much.

Tornados form when hot air hits cold air.
I expect you will have many more now.your weather patterns have changed.

Tornadoes form when you have windshear, and hot air meets cold air. Mixing hot and cold air by themselves won't do it.

In 1999 Aichi Prefecture was hit by 4.
In 2006 Miyazaki Prefecture was hit by one.
Later in 2006 Hokkaido was hit by one.
In 2012 Ibaraki Prefecture was hit by one.

There are at least twelve other recorded occurrences from 1881 forward. While unheard of, they do occasionally happen in Japan, without any help from Fukushima.

Tornadoes form under a certain set of weather conditions in which three very different types of air come together in a certain way. Near the ground lies a layer of warm and humid air, along with strong south winds. Colder air and strong west or southwest winds lie in the upper atmosphere. Temperature and moisture differences between the surface and the upper levels create what we call instability. A necessary ingredient for tornado formation. The change in wind speed and direction with height is known as wind shear. This wind shear is linked to the eventual development of rotation from which a tornado may form.

A third layer of hot dry air becomes established between the warm moist air at low levels and the cool dry air aloft. This hot layer acts as a cap and allows the warm air underneath to warm further...making the air even more unstable. Things start to happen when a storm system aloft moves east and begins to lift the various layers. Through this lifting process the cap is removed, thereby setting the stage for explosive thunderstorm development as strong updrafts develop. Complex interactions between the updraft and the surrounding winds may cause the updraft to begin rotating-and a tornado is born.

There were almost never any in Hawaii either, but there have been a couple there recently too. In fact when we first moved back in 1983 there hadn't been a thunderstorm over the island in many years. But by the time I left they were happening every couple of months. Weather changes as the climate changes, and what's been changing lately? The climate.

If the conditions are right, they can happen, without Fukushima being to blame. It's not responsible for everything.

My point was, the weather patterns have changed, but probably in part due to Fukushima.
I do think it's part of it.
Saying an event like that isn't affecting the atmosphere is ridiculous.

It may play a very small part in it, but to say that it's changed the atmosphere enough to cause tornadoes is the same as saying it hasn't changed the atmosphere at all. The conditions were right, the tornado formed.
