If the new Palistine leaders have any control at all, they need to restore order and try to calm down their citizens. I realize emotions are high at this time in Gaza, but cooler heads need to prevail and order needs to be restored before some thing really bad happens.

Israel Police prepared to hit the highest level of alert– essentially signifying a state of war - Thursday night, as preparations for Palestinian
Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat's funeral continued in Cairo and Ramallah.

Police said that at 6 a.m. Friday the force will go on Operation Alert Level D – the last time used two years ago prior to America's invasion of Iraq and following threats made by Saddam Hussein that he will launch missiles against Israel

With the crowds outside the Mosque shown today with tens of thousands gathering by Arafat's coffin as the helicopter's landed, you can't really blame them. Israeli's are preparing perhaps for a backlash, and the uncertainty of new leadership among the Palestinians. Hamas was sent in today among the crowds, only as it seemed to fire them up some more, it could be a very interesting next few weeks.
