Didnt the Obama admin say they were going to do this in their original campaign?

What do you know Obama is actually doing what he says hes going to do. Obamacare, now ending war on drugs..... hmmm...

It's no more than a cost cutting maneuver like is happening in every other sector of the economy.

Prison guards cost money, and most people don't set out to make such a crappy profession a career.
