Then what power does the American president really have? Would he just be the voice of a hidden human with larger power?

Would it even matter who we voted for?

Uhg,...

There are NO Illuminati anymore...

They were a small group of Barvarians something like 200 years ago...

We (Freemasons) are not trying to take over the world (If we were I'd have a better job). We can barely organize a decent blood drive for gosh sakes.

What can the US President do?!?!? Well, considering that he has that little sachel following him around with all the nuclear codes in it,... quite a bit...

Face it. The USA is the worlds only remaining Superpower. We have a lot of money relative to the rest of the world, we have the most powerful military, we are relatively benign unless attacked. There is nothing secret about any of this. The "special" thing that allowed this stuff to happen was a combination of a good geographical location for the USA, progressive thinkers who started our Republic, and the terrific influence of dozens of cultures who have contributed to our population... Again,... nothing secret about it.

You wrote if... but the presumption in your words is that there IS something to it, else why would you even ask? Or do you go around asking questions about things you know are false?

Not trying to be insulting, but your answer was somewhat insulting...

I don't agree with that - what ever happened to China? They are definately (if not already, becoming) a superpower. Taking the total size of the armed forces as a measure of its power (fairly generally), the US has 1.4 million military personnel (2001), whereas China has 2.2 million. That's nearly twice the size. The American military is just much more visible in the world media, that's all. India even has 1.3 million in it's armed forces. Russia still has nearly 1 million. (These numbers don't necessarily represent troops alone though, and are all from 2001). Of course, the size of the armed forces does not define a superpower, but America is in no way the only superpower, or at least, barely - with a few more on the horizon.

IF the NWO exists, they would have a lot more than just the President to look after.

(EDIT: forgot reference for those numbers: UN Human Development Report 2003 - Human Development Indicators appendix)

i was unaware that the term masonry even came up in the question. yes i know there are conspiratorial connections to illuminati and masons, but you seem to have jumped the gun. it doesnt help anyones opinion.

ok now to the question. yes. as if it was true they had to assassinate JFK for some reason. so a president can still hamper their progress and screw em.

For the moriah the real currency is the perception of power, not worthless backed paper bills or worthless gold. A president is the percieved power weilder by many people, and does have some real power over the steering of the worlds strongest (for a while longer) country. the control over the peoples perception is the only real currency, not money. as money itself is just your perception that a dollar is actually worth something, and therefore it is.

oh and as who you voted for? yes and no. if a bunch of people voted for kerry or bush, then even fixed polls should have to have some resembelance to that no matter who they are fixed for.

and if they arent fixed then of course they do.

in the end though, the only two candidates that have any chance of winning are picked by about 1000 people total from both parties in the primaries. and to get picked you pretty much are screened. so no i guess in the end it doesnt matter.

Sorry for coming off somewhat ignorant and hard-assed.

Thanks for the replies.

A superpower is not defined by the size of its military (as you said yourself), but by its capabilities...

Can China drop a cruise missle down a smoke-stack???
Could India have overthrown an army twice their size in two weeks (the first Gulf War)???
Being a Superpower is defined not only by having a large military, but a capable one as well, and one which can be sustained.
Russia has rusting subs parked in their harbors. China does not have modern equipment, nor does India.
If a cold war situation existed between the US and China, the Chinese would quickly find out that their economic system cannot sustain a military build-up.
It's one thing to put a gun and a uniform in a soldier's hand. It's another thing to continue to feed them. It's even more of a thing to equip them so that they could actually win.

The US had about half the number of troops as Saddam Hussein in the first Gulf War, but it was over in weeks. Soldiers from Hussein's regime surrendered in droves. Sure there were other nations present, but the US took the lead and provided most of the thrust in the counter-attack.

however if you research it you will find that this group tried to implement a single currency in europe and failed due to being stopped by the monachies........but here we are now in 2004 = EURO = single currency!!

A single currency is a good idea. The united states is a federation of independent countries, all agreeing to abide by a central authority, which issues a common currency.

The European Union is simply another "United States", a federation of independent countries, all agreeing to abide by a central authority, which issues a common currency.

Hardly an illuminati plot... just a good idea, now that monarchies are a relic of the past... at least in civilized countries. Even the UK is now a democracy with the royals maintained for tradition...
