Michael Hastings & Glenn Greenwald were assisting on a project that is linking numerous intelligence contractors (such as Palantir, HBGary & Berico) together and, essentially, mapping out their functions, interactions and illegalities. It's open to anyone to contribute to if they have solid info. They have something on Endgame. Here is a quote from the page dealing with it.

For more, click the link in my sig.

Endgame Systems (founded 2008) has been of interest to this investigation due to the firm's close association with corrupt HBGary CEO Aaron Barr, their stated intent to avoid public attention towards its work with the federal government, its longtime collaboration with Palantir employee Matthew Steckman (whom Palantir fired in the wake of the Team Themis affair, quite improbably claiming that Steckman had acted on his own), and its creation of a report on Wikileaks and Anonymous which was provided to Team Themis for use in its campaign against both entities. In July of 2011, an investigation by Business Week revealed the probable reasons for the firm's secrecy:

You just know this is all going to end badly. Like when the kids are using their toys in a way that they shouldn't...

Like a lot of politicians that flip flop from the FDA and Big Pharma companies - watch this guy in a few years get back into government - with more power and responsibility.

The executives then create a list of the computers running inside the facilities, including what software the computers run, and a menu of attacks that could work against those particular systems.

Once again this is presented as fact.

It's good to scare people. It's great to make a name for yourself. And it's awesome when all the names are anonymous.

I have a program that can flush your toilet when you're not home. I've been using it for years. No one has ever seen me use it, because no one's been home when I've done it. But oh don't worry, I have it. You can trust me, I'm not giving you any real details at all!!!

As this post attacks the veracity of the information provided in my post I have tried to respond and I think it's only fair that I am allowed to, if you don't mind, mods, please.

As I said to you, winodude, the proof is sitting out there on the internet but site policy prohibits me from providing the ilnk. That is simple fact not trolling.

I don't get it? Anybody who doesn't believe the gov't has had the ability to save and read anything on the internet, or on your cell phone, is an idiot.

Gov't's don't spy on other gov't's? Come on, grow up.

What Snowden has reported, I beleive is commonly recognized and known.

I want to see some real proof of things like - dems and repubs are the same party - pedophilia is rampant among the elite and they steal children - the drug war that gov'ts supposedly try to stop is a hoax (they are the ones making money on it) - ALL WARS ARE orchestrated among the elite bankers.

The public has known for years that the US keeps all phone line conversations - any idiot knows if you post a picture of yourself naked, smoking a joint - your future employers will probably find it in a porn section, facebook section, or somewhere out there on the internet.

So, what has snowden, or this info about the creepy, crawly information archives is new?

Give us real info, that is verifiable about extremely illegal and immoral info about the people in our judiciary, gov't and business world.

Maybe pelosi's info should be posted for all to see: bank accounts, investments, GPS device so everyone knows where she is at all times.

Your info says the gov't knows everything about us - maybe the chink in the armor is that we know everything about them.

How to get this done. That is the question. The info is all there to be seen, isn't it?

Basically corporations and the government are in bed together.

The entire system is rotten to the core.

It's worse. There is no distinction between corporations and government. They are the same thing now.

What's new? The scale of the surveillance network is far more vast that anybody could have envisaged. It has world governments furious at the US for the deception. What the US and UK (and others no doubt) are doing is extremely nefarious and illegal! These surveillance programs encircle the earth and sweep up millions and millions of private citizens. Snowden has revealed some of the corporations involved, Google et al. And then there are the private security contractors (including Endgame Systems, as mentioned in the OP) assisting with the development of the surveillance programs. And, yes, there is info on the web that has been obtained by hackers (in 2010) that contains details relating to the nefarious dealings of these corporations. There are even some MSM articles that have been written based on these documents. Here's one of the first, published in, you guessed it, The Guardian back in 2011. The journalist is now sitting in a Texas jail awaiting trial.

A Sinister Cyber-Scheme Exposed

And the Huffington Post has seen fit to rekindle Barrett Brown's plight as recently as yesterday.
Barrett Brown vs. the Private Intelligence Business

An open source project has even been set up online for people to help link it all together together - Project PM (see my sig for link).

All this isn't shocking enough? You want to see someone really powerful toppled? You're not seeing what's in front of your face. Snowden has already provided us the means to assist him in doing that. He's provided the ammo but we all need to pull the trigger together. You can help out right now. Go and sign the petition to charge Clapper with lying to Congress. In fact, I will even provide the link.

Prosecute Director of National Intel for Lying to Congres

And Dianne Feinstein may well be next :

Go on, pull the trigger, topple the corrupt and powerful. I guarantee satisfaction or your money back
The rest of the world will thank you for it.

BTW: Employers may check Facebook accounts of those candidates foolish enough to have a Facebook account (automatic fail in my book) but future employers don't have the right to detain you without charge for an indefinite periods.

Thanks for all the good info.

I have so little faith in our gov't to police it's selff - and it doesn't matter - republicans or democrats are all the same. Look at the injustice dept of holder. And if there's a republican in next time around, it will be no different.

I hope snowden has the real truth on all of these latest - i was going to put scandals, but they aren't scandals - it's criminal activity by our gov't.
