Elderly man serenading wife of 66 years from hospital bed.

This is just the sweetest thing ever!

Stuck in a hosptial bed and fearing he may die, 86-year-old James Pinegar makes sure his wife of 66 years knows exactly what she means to him in a heart-warming video that has gone viral. The Utah man was being treated for a blood infection in a local hospital when he recorded the touching tribute to his 85-year-old wife Colleen.

This lovely old guy has since made a full recovery.
