Yeah you read that right.

It seems the former Labour government (under the authority of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown) sent search parties to bring immigrants to the UK.

So effectively the UK Housing crises and mass Immigration was staged, by the labour government.

This is appalling and the soul reason I will be voting UKIP (UK Independence Party)

Daily mail - Immigrants : We sent search parties to come hard Britons work says Mandelson

Peace TOT

This comes as no surprise.
Sell out the workers who voted these scum into power.
I can't see the Tories or Liberals doing anything to different either.I'm just glad the the normal people are waking up to the fact that the three big parties are the same.
My area in the centre of Aberdeen was flooded with immigrants during new Labour and allegedly we had it mild compared to the English.
Shame on you Labour party.

The Daily Mail….

Let’s face it they are not about to write anything other than negativity about just about anything

I would bet that this is not the entire truth they probably send out groups to find individuals with skills that we were lacking in the UK.

I've been saying this for years. Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and all the other labour cronies should be tried for treason.

I will never vote for the labour scum. VOTE UKIP.

If this is true it is absolutely appalling, the mass immigration into the UK began after the second world war and increased when the last viceroy of India aka LORD Mountbatten said to the Indian's during partition why don't you come and live with us, for a great deal of time desirable individual's came over then found ways of bringing the extended families, under Blair as you know this was extended to negotiating open borders and allowing any Europeans whom wished to enter the UK and while many Briton's struggled they gave all the help necessary to the immigrant community, I am not a racist but a nation is built by it's people and the quality of that nation is the quality of it's people so what therefore will be the inevitable outcome of accepting so many people whom are coming from there own country's that they have patently failed to govern effectively enough and so they wish to leave them. There are millions of British men lying in war grave's whom fought for there family's and nation whose sacrifice has now been truly dishonoured by these political scum bag's but we have always been a mixed people after all we gave the world the saying "A girl in every port" and there have been other periods of mass migration such as through the 1800's to the 1930's when many people on there way to America from Europe actually settled down in Britain but never on the scale we have now.

I do believe it.

There has to be a reason why all of these came over here.... It's got pretty bad in places as i'm sure you all know. Some parts have become no-go areas and others have become or are becoming some kind of Islamic Towns where you just feel Alienated!

If things are not done soon, I'm pretty sure Civil Unrest will occur.

We don't need Religious Cities and Towns but with more and more of them gaining Councils it's not looking good.

I'm not being funny but serious when I say this:

The Country will descend into chaos just like in parts of the ME, if we don't sort this out. It may not be in the next 5 or 10 years but it will come.... if you look at Somalia, Nigeria and Eygpt as examples.

Pretty much all the proof you need to show that Labour as well as the Tories work for the bankers and big corporations. Flood the market with workers when there aren't enough jobs left anyway. That way the employers have all the power.

There is no need for any of them to offer more than minimum wage when there are that many people unemployed 2000 of them will queue up for 2 jobs that are available at poundland. Most of the biggest employers will only take people on a part time basis, 16 hours per week. which then leaves the person working 16 hours in a bit of a quandry as 16 hours work rules you out from any Tax Credits as you need to be working at least 24 hours as a couple to be receiving them.

Sorry guys I could go on for ages but my blood pressures rising just thinking about it lol
. Best just put my blinkers on and convince myself it's not all a big conspiracy before I have a coronary .

Obviously. Common sense dictates that if immigration is happening on a large scale, then the government is allowing or actively encouraging it. The same is true for the tory party.

Politicians and big business love immigrants

It wouldn't surprise me. However, we should be thankful that the post-Thatcher Labour shrugged off their hard-left socialist ways & adopted Thatcherism as the basis of their policies. After all, socialism is just one small step away from communism.

That's a lot of "isms" for one short post- for which I apologise.

Oh, I should add that I used to be a staunch Conservative, but will be voting UKIP next time round. The main parties are saying UKIP haven't got a clue when it comes to their main policies. Are they suggesting that they, the established parties, have any more of a clue?

I used to be a left of centre believer, i.e. were the liberals should be, but am definitely joining you on that vote, as the only alternative is that bunch of morons at the BNP whom are actually mosleys brown shirt's directly descended from the british fascist party whom acted as a fifth column behind our lines during the war and may have been responsible for passing intelligence to the Nazi's in Germany and spying on there behalf.
As a country we have always been an international maritime nation and there are people whose ancestors migrated here over 100 years ago from all parts of the Empire so this is not about race or even culture though that is another serious debate (culture and religion not race).

Thanks for posting an interesting thread, I have clarified my comment as you say in the next that there are extreme right wingers and that is true, we had a very low level of anti Semitism in the UK but with all the eastern European's and the more militant Asien's of a certain persuasion we have a very serious growing problem in that area of our culture coupled with home grown extreme right wingers it is not a pleasant prospect for the future.

Ok, cant Edit my Thread but I feel I should have added something else:

We are now getting 'Right Wingers' over here from East European Countries which means things will get heated in certain areas....

I don't like 'Right Wingers' or 'Fanatical Radicals'.

I guess they are all in the same boat!

Daily mail not to be taken seriously, and probably just some kind of tactic to bolster the conservative's failing image.

If it is true, then they can jolly well send them back again, I've been on the UK housing list since 1996, and still waiting! I actually go further down the list each week, not up it, and I'm in the same band as people who are homeless, even though I'm listed as NFA?

How can I be the same priority as people living rough on the street? They should be top of the list.

The councils haven't built any new houses for years, and I did a calculation a little while ago, and it worked out financially better in the long-term, for them to build more houses, instead of paying private landlords rent.

The problem is, no government party thinks long-term, they only think for the term they are in power.

The uk government is a farce, and has been ever since I can remember!

Exactly. Britain has stood for many centuries as a beacon of liberty and moderation, and the perennial repatriation of powers from the traditional elites.

We do not like fanatics whether they be left or right, religious or political, state or corporate. For the past few decades our politicians have taken us further into fanatical corporatism, where every other statute is designed to benefit some corporation at the expense of ordinary people.

I feel sorry for the immigrants. They have unfairly found themselves in the middle of a dogfight between ordinary Britons and the corporate / Parliamentary elite. They deserve a system that allows access to British labour markets in a sustainable, harmonious and non-confrontational way.

I call for Moderation, proudly echoing down the ages. Will any of those in Government second that motion, or must we vote for UKIP?

I'm going to vote UKIP unless they implode which I fear already, 2 of their candidates have been caught up making racist posts or signs. One guy did a Nazi salute and the other made stupid comments about Muslims and when caught he said "I'm not a politician, I'm a bit of a fool" and said he might resign his freshly won seat.

Lets hope this is just a hiccup because I like Farage, he's a damn clever man and a strong politician who does offer the UK a hope of change but will his team fail him, UKIP cannot be seen as the educated man's BNP or its all over before its started.

Immigration, yes. Housing, no.

The root of that issue was the Tories selling off all the council houses and then refusing permission for councils to build replacements from the proceeds.

Neither of the major parties had a clue.

This is correct. I distinctly remember critical shortages in dentists and plumbers which were being met by migrant workers.

While immigration and housing are a shambles, the Mail cannot be trusted and always promote an anti Labour stance. You would think that the Tories manned the barricades, but what's changed since Ant and Dec came to power?

What's even more amazing is that people, according to the latest poll, are most likely to vote Labour into power at the next General Election. I can't believe that people forget things so quickly. Labour, Conservative and Lib Dems are the most useless parties that have ever existed. Their sole purpose now seems to be to sell us out to the EU (Hence why we'll never get our referendum if either of them is in power). We need a party in power that puts our country first.

It's why I'll also be voting UKIP.

Can't just blame Labour for this, as it has been a continuing practice for a very long time. One thing I try to point out to people when they talk about voting out the current pack of bottom feeders at the next election, is "when did an incoming government nullify / repeal the idiotic and unpopular edicts of the last one?"

Seriously, if voting gave us, the peasants, real power to decide these things, they'd have made it illegal a long time ago! The fact that immigration was left unchecked for so long, that so many thousands more were allowed in without anyone checking the numbers, and that nobody at the top lost their job over it shows that it was all by design. Dilute the working population to force down wages for the corporations and bankers, while at the same time putting a massive strain on services, making them ripe for privatization.
Large ones at the club chaps!

Quite possible.

For those of you hopping on the UKIP bandwagon - you do know that the party is homophobic, and run by people who are just as wealthy and elitist as the others, don't you?

You seem to have fallen hook, line and sinker for Nigel Farage's "I'm representing the common people" schtick. Congratulations.

If you really want to send a message to the clowns in Westminster, DON'T VOTE FOR ANYONE. By voting, you continue to participate in a broken system that doesn't serve your interests. You continue to play their game with their rules.

Wake up.
