4 Years ago Bill Burr came out as a fan of Conspiracy videos on Youtube, and information on Wikipedia.
Actual events that matter
In this 10 minute video from 2009 he says "After a while I had to tap out. You know. Cause it's so depressing."
"You know, I would just be waking up in the middle of the night going 'alright what if I ran up into the mountains and I learned how to start a fire
without a match."
WARNING: LANGUAGE (nonstop profanity)
Well, this video is from yesterday May 9th, 2013.
He drives around Santa Monica and Venice Beach with a camera man
Super depressed about how empty and vacuous the world looks to him.
"That's what I love about this country... that guy just fell on his ass."
"You know what I realized. Nobody recognizes me, but the second
I become angry, people recognize me."
As for myself,
I find the guy hilarious.
And at least he didn't run off to the mountains.

Burr is the man. Him and Louis CK are really carrying the mantle brought forth by comedians like Carlin and Bill Hicks, criticizing society and
government and it's hypocrisies.
Sometimes comedy just really gets the point across better than any other medium. It paints a stark picture despite the notion it's all in good fun
and just for laughs.
This video is an interview between Richard Belzer, and Gilbert Gottfried.
I can't say enough about it.
It documents a cultural moment.
But before I address that, some disclaimers.
Gottfried is scared to death. Belzer has to spend almost the entire 20 minutes massaging him into confessing what he said.
In one moment Belzer is litterally holding his hands, and trying to tell him it is important. Gottfried looks like he wants to run for his life and
hide under a rock.
Now for what this whole video is about.
Gilbert Gottfried told the "first 9/11 joke" after
the tragedy of 9/11.
I won't give it away,
out of everything I have seen on the internet for the past 15 years,
I consider this the most significant thing I have seen.
Gottfried did what a great Shaman should do.
He healed the tribe.
WARNING:: beyond profanity, proably the crudest language I have ever heard.
Gottfried doesn't get scared until about six minutes in when he realizes that Belzer wants him to tell the story of the "first 9/11 joke"
/viewer discretion is advised.

Adam Carolla, Guinness World Record holder for most downloaded podcast.
Something like 59 million downloads in two years.
This Adam Carolla rant, about Occupy Wallstreet,
had an impact on other comedians.
In this clip he's on the Phone with Dennis Miller,
who says "I was talking to my wife and said 'If your
asking me who's voice mirrors most closely what's in
my head It's this cat.' And I didn't even know you.
I tracked you down and wanted to do a gig. I told
(Bill) O'Reily 'man this cat is like a, uh, like a
Woody Guthrie sorta Genious'.
Apparently Bill O'Reily tried him out.
