Is it just me or does the Mayweather vs Guerrero banner ad scroll down everytime you bring your cursor even close to the "My ATS" or "Recent Posts" line. I understand about advertising paying the bills but, Damn that's annoying.

Grouse about it here: Worst Ads Ever! (SkepticOverlord's Ad Hitlist) and they generally do something about it.

That's the problem with targeted advertising, it's possible that you are the only ATS member that sees that advert (although I doubt it), so I guess the best you can do is to get as much information about it as you can and post about it on the thread mentioned by adjensen.
