I was just wondering if anyone else heard Mr. Clinton say this today at the bush library dedication. What do you think he meant by this. It was clear to me that this was a rehearsed speech.

They are setting the ground work to be remembered as a necessary evil sent and commanded by GOD. It is hard to understand right now any every part of me despises all the blood they have spilt no matter how much good came along with it. They do what they are commanded to do until they are stopped. They know that just as they have gained power quickly it will be even a shorter road that takes the power away. This requires faith.
