Gwyneth is blander than a bowl of oatmeal porridge. I see women and girls every day who are more beautiful than these movie stars, but if I had to name one Monica Bellucci
And that guy that plays ser Jorah on game of thrones is incredibly hot though he is old enough to be my father.

Not many women can make my heart beat twice as fast, but these two do a hell of a great job.

Scarlett Johansson

Emma Stone

*SIGH*

Good for Gwen that someone decided to deem her the most beautiful, she is probably one of the few in Hollywood that isn't plastic surgery on legs advertising. You can clearly see she hasn't had lip augmentation or breast, etc. I'm sure she is absolutely beautiful to her husband and loved ones. It's not like life is a reality show at the Evil Queen's palace, who is the fairest of them all?

I love wearing makeup because I'm artistic, to me it's like wearable art. I like being able to change my haircolor, be a blonde, brunette or redhead as I choose. Vixen or doe, depending on the mood. What some call manipulation I call creative expression.
It doesn't matter if anyone else thinks I am worthy, or pretty enough, as long as I love me, I am beautiful.

If someone cries ahh but that's not natural, neither is being an a hole and I see plenty of people playing that card, so I'll indulge in my wearable art as it amuses me, don't like my looks? Don't look at me. Don't be mad that you are stuck with what you wake up with and I can improve like DaVinci.

I'm sure many find Scarlett Johansson attractive. I just don't see it. I don't even think she's pretty.

I respect your opinion

For me, it's much more than a womens looks that appeal to me, it's her energy. I see good looking women all the time but not many can alter my inner chemisty and effect my etheric body if you know what I mean. I'm not sure if it's charm or something else but it is ENERGY not her looks. I'm very selective about women and people in general, I can hand pick people and know who I will like and who I wouldn't based off of their energy field/aura. But, thank you for your honest comment, I don't mind you not thinking they're pretty or whatever...They are hand picked by me and that's all it matters.

Anytime...I recognize and aknowledge beauty and say what I feel...
These days we need to appreciate one anothers beauty, skills and talents because the best thing you can do for someone is to make them feel good.

Oh yeah, we aren't in control of what makes us go Mmmmm! lol At one point in my life I fantasized about the big girl character in the movie 'Sister Act'. This nun was so full of energy and giggly and FUN! I imagined that being married to her would be a life of laughter.

Hi jcutler, you know,i keep building her up,but it's going to take a while for her to get a true perspective,i think. It's not that she has low self-esteem as to her worth as a person-it's just that she thinks she's as plain as sand, and a bit overweight-but she looks FINE-i so wish she would see that! And being a teenager, and the young guys these days, having been so brainwashed into thinking that only stick-thin girls are "hot",well that's what she says.

This is what she told me,epitomised her prospects for having a boyfriend, this joke from FB:
Parents:You're so pretty!
Friends:You're so pretty!
Grandparents:You must have so many boyfriends, you're so pretty!
BOYS:"Eeeewwww-what IS that?!-poke it with a stick!

She is really smart, usually in the top 5 for her entire grade, she's great at hockey, she bakes like a pastry chef, she's funny, and strong+sensible+kind+decent-and she's really strong physically too,she could propably punch an adult man light's out, which is always a handy skill. She's not a nerd either, she's fun+outgoing in personality, she goes to concerts with her bestie, some parties, and socialises as much as we allow her at this age-Just this one thing, insecurity about her looks.I know as her mom,to me she's beautiful of course, but she Really is a very attractive girl-she does'nt have to stand back for anyone in that way.If only she would realise that!I make it my mission to try and help her see+Believe this, but i have a ways to go yet

Trying to keep it light today, folks.

People Magazine named Gwyneth Paltrow the most beautiful woman in the world. Uh-uh, not even close.
...

Over the last twenty years most of the leading ladies in movies just haven't had that 'Wow' factor. So, is this a conspiracy out of Hollywood and the magazines to try to make average females feel better about themselves? I think so. They made it a fad to bash the skinny supermodels when none of the millions of male gawkers were complaining. Now they're trying to shove the truly beautiful into the closet.

So, who is the most beautiful woman in the WORLD? The only beautiful woman that comes to mind right now is Kate Beckinsale. But, if anyone cares to suggest another, hey, I'm easy.

S&F for a light-hearted break. I'm not a Gwyneth Paltrow fan either. She has a good form and an attractive face, but "most beautiful woman in the world"? Is this a joke?

I suspect the reasons for choosing Gwyneth are political -- she's very well connected. I think Spielberg is her godfather.

Gwyneth comes off as a very snooty, pretentious Hollywood princess.

When I think of really beautiful women, I have to go back to other periods altogether:
Hedy Lamarr, Ava Gardner, Deborah Kerr, Elizabeth Taylor, Catherine Deneuve, -- all "great beauties."

I was watching something on TCM recently that featured Sharon Tate. Sharon Tate was married to that creep, Roman Polanski, when she was murdered by members of the Manson gang.

Sharon Tate was one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen on the screen. She was wasted on Polanski.
What a tragic loss.

I have to agree that Kate Beckinsale is much better looking than GP. Megan Fox is beautiful.

Thanks for getting my mind off all the ugliness in the world for a few minutes.

If you want attractiveness from Hollywood, I'd say Charlize Thereon should be up there too.

As for attractiveness in general? Back when I was in college, I remember this one classmate named Nancy. Even on the days where she was being lazy, no makeup, hair somewhat a mess, wearing sweat-pants and a hoodie... She was still hotter than most of the featured models in Victoria's Secret. A natural 9 or 10. (If she had ever wanted to do modeling, she could have had that job easy. Belonged more in front of a camera than behind one.) However I heard she got married sometime after graduation and now likely has a few kids and has let herself go. That's life though.
