That's insane! I guess it would make sense that they would be close to the attack. If they didn't have a get away plan.

Guys if you have information then PLEASE post links to your sources. I am listening to the scanner and I am not hearing anything about an "explosion", just the stolen vehicle and car jacking.

So could the shooter have been one of the bombers? Fleeing at all costs to get away because he knows everyone knows who he is?

Maybe he dumbly walked into the 7/11 to buy something and they ID'd him, he robbed the place and ran, then shot the officer when confronted and then stole a car?

Total speculation on my part.

Authorities told MyFoxBoston.com that the officer appeared to have been shot multiple times. There were no other victims.

Procopio said authorities were searching for a suspect or suspects. No arrests have been made.

No apologies needed. I think the more info the better. Particularly if coming live from someone on the scene--even though first hand witnesses can be notoriously inaccurate. They are still likely to be a lot better than someone conjecturing from a bar in L.A.

Of course inaccurate bits and disinformation bits and MSM wholesale propaganda will be in the information mix. Spread it all out on the table and let us sort it through--works best, by far, imho.
