Share your favorite classical music

Much of classical music is inspired by religious themes. "Gwahoddiad" aka "I hear Thy welcome voice" is a hymn that was written in America. Not often heard these days in churches without accomplished choirs, it is nevertheless much loved by the choir fraternity. My favourite recording is by the Vancouver Welsh Men's Choir but I like this version too.

I noticed you are located in Denmark and I couldnt recall hearing much classical music from Denmark so I looked some composers up and there are a ton listed on wikipedia. Feel free to post some of your favorite Danish works if you dont mind, I would love to hear.

There is so much classical music that having is a favourite makes no sense.
I was inspired several years ago to make up myself a classical instrumental piece on a keyboard at home. I thought for amature It turned out ok, and it made me realise how good the classically trained professionals are who are able to play complex pieces from start to finish without making a mistake. I have to record in pieces cause my keyboard skills are fumbly.
