Multiculturalism in the UK has totally failed

What gets me is the massive amount of money which is wasted on helping people of a race which end up in jail more than any others, when should be spending it on helping those people suffering from terrible conditions like autism, schizophrenia, aspergers..... quadruple amputees.... To help these people live useful lives. Instead of helping people who have no disadvantage but laziness and lack of motivation.
