Paladin title...?

I am aware of how everyone gets their other titles. But I was looking at the members section and I seen some have the title of "Paladin" I was just curious how someone gets that title...? Because it's awesome.

"Paladin" was a title we used for an ATS game way, way, back when... No member actually had the title it was one we used for one of our fictitious game characters...

On the first page of the Members list, Cerberus is listed as Paladin rather than Member or Scholar.
I think this is where the OP's query comes from.
