I've been saying it for a long time now, that arrest warrants need to be issued for the traitorous scum and the people(tax payers) need to enforce the warrants and escort the traitors to the jail. Sen. Rockefeller is a zionist traitor of the highest order and comes from the biggest zionist resource theiving family ever known. After what his grandfather did to W.Va., I always thought it odd how he became sen. of W.va., then it dawned on me at a very young age; He was appointed, not by the people, but his criminal family. He claims that the Arms Trade Treaty, cedes power to the United Nations over our decisions of who we trade arms with.

1. Trade has nothing whatsoever to do with the 2nd Amendment.
2. The treaty does no such thing.
3. It isn't even remotely possible to cede any power of any kind to the UN.

Deficit neutral may ass and it was a nice little power grab to boot.

You are so right that is not funny, no only that, even when we keep telling ourselves that an foreign arm treaty with the UN will never infringe in the constitutional rights of America and that the supreme court will do its job to protect that right, it is a loophole that while unthinkable is very real, depending how bad certain political groups foreign and domestic wants to crap on the American second amendment.

First, thank you for respectfully joining the debate. Yes they are allowed to have their own opinion. However, they are elected to represent us in making decisions in our name. However, the 2nd Amendment is not something that is up for debate. We should not have to have to waste our time telling these idiots that it's not up for debate. Contrary to what you may hear these traitors try and say, the 2nd Amendment was written to provide the citizenry with the means to defend ourselves from criminals or a tyrannical government. It is not there for hunting, sports, or cultural purposes. If we loose the 2nd Amendment, then the rest of the Bill of Rights becomes moot. They should already know that. So IMO, it is traitorous for them to vote on a bill that would would have effectively told Obama and Kerry to tell the UN to shove the Small Arms treaty up there fourth point of contact. These people are not stupid and swore the same oath that I did, to uphold the Constitution of US, and in my case my oath included: against all enemies foreign or domestic!

Nothing need be done. It is settled law the the Constitution overrules treaties.

A lot of Laws have loopholes, a lot of treaties have loopholes. Some treaties can be held up by international law and in some cases breach of treaty can result facing the International Court, which is part of the Charter of the UN

There is no loophole big enough or convoluted enough to make the United States bend or submit to the will of the UN. How on earth would they ever force us to comply with anything we don't want to. They would have to declare war on us, and how would they do that without our military?

This is in addition to the absolute FACT, that no law, not even our own, trumps the Constitution. The US courts would have to be complicit in trumping the Constitution, by ruling something contended, Constitutional... in which case the last thing we'd be needing to worry about is an outside enemy, let alone one as impotent as the UN.

as a follow up...i'm alittle comcerned with the language on transfer of arms from country to country. it seems that would want a "register" of tranfer...so..if you wanted a firearm made in another country sent here it would be registered in a UN database.

So what are we as individuals supposed to do???? The people who "check and balance" our government are ALL corrupted its foolish to say they aren't. What as human beings are we supposed to Do?! every senator congressman president you name it is protected by its own entity so how are we supposed to stop something that can't be stopped.
