There are 7 Departments in DHS

1. U.S. Coast Guard
2. TSA
3. FEMA
4. U.S. Secret Service
5. U.S. Customs and Border Protection
6. U.S. CItizenship and Immigration Services
7. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

My question is...which of these departments would be patrolling the local highways and pulling people over? My only guess would be TSA but I'm not sure.
What legal authority do they have to pull you over? I don't know that answer but I've been trying to find out for awhile.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do feel something will happen. It's not about the system used it's about power. Was Hittler really a socialist? I don't think so. It's all about the power. I think we will see more and more as this presidents term comes closer to an end. Like FDR he will want another term in order to fight the war that will pop off about one year before he is due to leave office. The question is will it be NK or Iran. I say Iran so it will look as if he is helping Israel.

Your post is spot on.
It is all about power, control and wealth for the top elite.
Control over all resources ensures maximum gain for the top elite.
And the people are just another resource to extract productivity and profits from.
An inhumane, Satanic System if there ever was one.

If we follow the actions that have taken place in the last 30 years, it is far away as you can get from a classless based system, far from a moneyless system and also far away from a publicly held common ownership system.
If we had an explosion of Private Unions being created, there might be some merit to it, instead, it is going there other way.

The means of production and ownership have been merged into fewer and fewer hands controlling everything.
The Bank Mergers and Acquisitions have continued to the point where they are now to big to fail, along with other corporations as well.

All this was talked about in the past 30 years right in front of our faces by people in high places such as Presidents, Bankers, and Bilderberg Group Members.

Who wrote this Before It's News piece? Who was the author? Who is their "high level source?" What "level" of government does their high level source exist within? Where is this information coming from?

While such a thing might not surprise me if it were found to be true, I need more information before I can believe it sight unseen as it were.
