Well, there is a fluorine ion in almost everything because it is one of the most abundant elements on Earth and readily combines with other elements to form a multitude of compounds. No conspiracy there, sorry.

Aluminum,oxygen,nitrogen,silicon and iron are.

Not fluoride ion not mercury.
