The video poster claims at 00:38.......not seeing it, watched it a few times, windowed and full screen.

Nothing but smoke and street noise.

The description says :38 seconds in. If you pause there and look right at the tips of the trees in the center of the video you can see .. "it"..

Honestly, one of the worst "UFO" videos ever.

Watched many times and still couldn't see anything.

This is where it shows up if you're curious- however, yes, it is barely visible and a pretty terrible video.

Probably so, though watching the video you can see it move across the treeline to the right, and then vanish (which is when he re-positions the camera to try to spot it again). Hope he invests in a better quality camera.
