Hello ATS'ers,
Ive been doing a lot of research lately on iodine and iodine supplements. There is much debate about the American diet and whether or not we are
getting enough iodine out of our food sources. RDA for iodine is 150 micrograms which seems pretty miniscule, although we are supposedly getting
enough from iodized salts in food. But that leads to a whole new debate whether or not the iodine receptors in our bodies are being occupied by other
halides such as Florides, bromine, chlorides etc.
I have purchased some lugols iodine to take orally.
was wondering if anyone had any good or bad experiences with taking Lugols iodine?
