That's weird, it should not be doing that.
It's showing up twice in that pic you posted. Well luckily I know quite a bit about Ipad's lol
First clear your browser cache and history, then power cycle the Ipad. That should clear it up.
Depending on the model of Ipad, you might need to update to iOS 6.0.2
ETA: Can you click QUOTE on that post and screen shot what appears in the writting box?

I believe only 4th edition ipads and Iphone 5 models have access to .2.
Mostly firmware fixes related to wifi if I remember correctly.
