Wyoming Threatens Arrests for Federal Gun Grabbers

As details continue to emerge regarding gun control plans that President Barack Obama and the Democrats are pushing behind the scenes, Wyoming lawmakers have a message for the federal government: "Don't tread on us."

Don't Tread on us indeed.

If the measure passes, it would mean that anyone--even federal agents-who try to enforce a ban within the state borders could be charged with a felony.

That is awesome!

The interstate commerce clause is "what gives the federal government the power to regulate firearms" as they are sold over borders but they in Washington seem to forget or hell never understood that every single state has its own sovereign power.

Wyoming has my support fully, and hope that other states follow suit.

I really dont understand the need for fed involvement, other than political reasons, since states and even cities have much harsher gun control laws.
I say leave it to the states and I dont think states like Wyoming or Montana will comply with this bs.. and Alaska....Pretty much everyone owns a weapon in Alaska
