I see stuff like this and the first thing that comes to mind is fraud.
Sounds fishy to me.
If he really had something. The government would of come in and taken all his stuff and forbidden him from speaking about it.
Just like they did with the thorium plasma batteries.

I think he is right about the quantum energy.
His low output seems to be safe and using air is safer than a Hydrogen furnace,
Hydrogen can escape causing problems, and Papp sparking Helium is too
powerful as a lack of timing might explode the engine, a ion current source is
also explosive so if hot air driven there may be a chance for QFE.

Still the air might be under high pressure which might cause problems.
This all leads to the safest way to energy is normal pay energy.
Also who know the cost of keeping the so called free energy saucers flying
as a strictly normal energy source is magnified to a ether force. There
appears to be free force in that case and not free energy.

Free energy is the biggest scam of them all. If there ever were anything even close to that functional, there would be no stopping that. Nobody could.

The Dr. from Russia is like all the others.

Free energy is nothing but a myth. And we can be sure of that because it would probably be the top grossing product of all times. If anybody claims to have achieved that, then he is either lying or mistaken.

Our best bet is hydrogen, and there are already promising projects in the car world.

Well who knows if that'll change anything. On the positive side, many people are generating their own electricity. There are some great guides out there on how to do this. A few of which are listed on this site www.diyenergyreview.com if you're interested?
