For all those curious about what their particular state's stance is on guns.

Just a list by state on their portion of the state constitution about the right to bear arms.

Washington: The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain or employ an armed body of men. Art. I, § 24 (enacted 1889).

Interesting. I can defend myself or the state but I can't hire mercenaries to protect my company or myself. That seems like a weird way for them to word that

Well, it would be a bit freaky to see a corporation hire Blackwater/Xe types and start pulling what some did in Iraq and Afghanistan for security purposes.

There is a novella in that idea somewhere... "When Corporations have Armies"
