“The production line of ScanEagle drones has been launched in Iran and it has already been employed by the IRGC Navy and Aerospace Division,” Fadavi said on Monday.
Fadavi added that the US ScanEagle drone recently captured by the IRGC in the Persian Gulf was the third aircraft of its kind downed by Iranian forces; the capture of the previous two ScanEagles had not been publicized.
Noting that the Scan Eagle is a purely tactical drone capable of recording 1.5 million hours, Fadavi added that Iran has previously captured two Scan Eagle drones, and has fully extracted all their data.

What do you say regarding these claims from Iranian Navy commander ?
Iran is now capable of manufacturing its own copies of an advanced CIA spy drone captured last year, a senior Iranian lawmaker said Wednesday.
Avaz Heidarpour, a member of the parliament's national security committee, said experts have reverse-engineered the RQ-170 Sentinel drone, and Iran now is capable of launching a production line for the unmanned aircraft.
