A major failure on many internet server including sensible ones...

It's not a fresh news. It maybe one of the first internet failure that can be used by bad-intentioned persons to attack many server, including the Pentagon, the DoD and many other military and officials server.
The failure is call CSS/XSS (Cross site scripting).
