I think it's legitimate. I don't believe the fair housing law actually covers political beliefs, which is a hilarious oversight. Since small businesses will be collapsing as obamacare and the huge obama tax increases march forward, it's perfectly legitimate to both raise rents and to target those most responsible for this fiscal mess. We are seeing Obama supporters being fired as well. They would be the first I would fire too. After all Obama will take care of them, NOT.

Oh and the soup kitchens and shelters would be helping them, but it seems that Obama wants to eliminate the charitable deductions. So I guess FEMA will be taking care of them in their concentration camps. It's time for Omerica to receive her reward for her sins.

The next headline associated with this story is gonna read, 'Idiot Who Threatened to Raise Democrat Voters' Rent Has Been Fired' ... and he was the manager, not the owner.

I would HATE to work for that guy. His actions SCREAM of someone who has a superiority complex and anger management issues.

it is not illegal or unlawful for one to request another contact him.
it is not discriminatory to request a democrat "check-in"
and, it is not violating any aspect of FHA to blantantly share bad humor in a MEMO

whether i agree with his opinion or not is irrelevant but i do see the intended humor even tho i find it distatseful.

who was retaliated against or intimidated by a 'memo' ?
