Why are you ruling out a bird, the problem with videos like this you have nothing to judge speed, distance or size with so it could be a bird flying high enough that we don't see any detail!

I was joking. I just know from past experience that you are skeptical when it comes to our alien friends.

Not sure what it is either but I don't think it's a balloon because of the way it moves. It doesn't look like it's flowing with the current of the wind.

A member on ATS showed how you can create these white dots, and put them into any scene. In fact I believe they created a sky scene similar the one you are showing. They have several white dots moving around clouds and other scenery. I tried to find the thread, but couldn't. Maybe another Member on here remembers it and can find it.

I'm not a disbeliever in alien life because if the universe is infinite, then so are all possibilities. How come, though, there are so very few high quality films of craft in flight or landed that aren't CGI? It really is a serious point I would like some suggestions to. The other one is why all the erratic movements in flight? Is this some interdimentional phenomenon? As for the posted vid, hmmm, BS.

I love UFO videos as much as the next Ufologist and I would like this one to be genuine UFO stuff, but just saying it ain't a solid piece of footage for me.

Sorry OP, but I don't see what you're seeing.

Two words:
Wind and turbulence

A balloon or other light object being pushed around the flow of disturbances caused by trees, buildings, power lines, etc... these disturbances go up quite high across our landscapes. Wind is never in a perfectly straight line.

Yeah, that's questionable. Anyone fortunate enough to have a real sighting will be having a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and then to even catch it on video just once, let alone 80 times?

the right shaped transparent mylar helium filled with a color changing blinking led running off a watch battery
yeah i'm sure that will video great in a nights sky
toss in some a couple watch battery powered lil wheels could even make something move interesting
