Please do not assume, I have thought of them several times today and was even checking out news via Un on them today.

I just noticed this on the same PressTV site I just found the other story, didn't see it.

I think this was posted on thread earlier, I recognize the picture in the article; it is just PressTV confirming that Hamas announced it, so not really confirmation.

The picture posted was later rescinded as it was not the same as was shot down. very little coverage of this and it is frustrating.

AFP uploaded the pis of the Israeli pilots id cards, now thats very credible source, need to do a google search of the names to be sure this is not old pics of previous wars.

Edit: sorry its not readable plus its in hebrew.

Just saw reports on twitter stating the Israeli photo is 6 years old.

One thing to note is that disinfo is becoming more rampant and less credible info. The msm is truly killing themselves on this imo. That alone tells me not to trust anything until confirmed. Discredit and confuse. Soon they figure people will become bored and the real war can begin.

This false distinction between Hamas and "smaller Jihadi groups" needs to stop. Hamas IS JIHADI.

If anything, splinter groups from Hamas serve to justify claims that Hamas is 'moderate'.

It doesn't change the fact that a simple analysis of Hamas' ideology, it's charter, it's propaganda in the Gaza strip, reveals that they are full throttle jihadists.

This rhetoric of making a distinction between Hamas and 'smaller jihadi groups' serves to portray Hamas as legitimate relative to smaller 'rogue' groups. This is a false and deceitful premise that should be exposed for what it is: a design to justify Hamas.
